I got this cake idea from Tamivo, but I changed the colors and put a heel on top. What it doesn't show is the 'finished' cake with the black number "50" on the right and the black heart with her name in pink (as on Tamivo's). My first attempt at 'leopard' spots and the heel...uhg!! Gumpaste roses and fondant heel. I used the heel template from this site.
