Busy weekend, this cake I made for my niece's 8th Birthday, she kindly informed me last year (after making her the tiger cake) that for her next birthday she would like swans!! This is a chocolate cake covered in ganache, all the decorations I made from Modelling Paste and some spaghetti for the bullrushes, apart from the pond which is fondant.
