Birthday cake for friend's sister....who you guessed it, is a nurse. Cake is vanilla with Buttercream and covered in fondant. Cupcakes were half chocolate and have vanilla cake and also iced with vanilla buttercream. Nurse is made from Modelling Paste. Friend loves bright colours
