For an 85 yr. old man who just loves to go fishing. He loved his cake. 8" vanilla cake, buttercream with fondant decorations. SO, stupid me, when I was putting the cake in the car to deliver it, I banged the side of the cake with a car seat! Had to take it back in the house to repair and couldn't so I made a "waterfall"!! Worked I guess :) I colored piping gel blue and put it over blue fondant to look like water.
