Blake wanted a Mario Kart birthday cake and he wanted Yoshi to win the race! All decorations are made with fondant or a fondant/gumpaste mix. This cake was the topper cake for a cupcake tower. I also made Mario themed cupcakes with mushrooms, nanas, and turtle shells. Alot of fun to do!!!
