My friend turned 42 so he had a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy party. I made three small strawberry cakes for him that went with the theme. These are two of them. The other is a Marvin the Robot cake. Both of these are strawberry cakes with creme cheese icing. The Guide is covered in chocolate fondant. All decorations are in MMF.

* For the uninformed, 42 is the answer to Life, The Universe, and Everything. Marvin is a depressed robot. White mice made the earth as an experiment trying to find the question that goes with the answer to Life, The Universe, and Everything. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is just that. Like any travel guide, it tells you about places. It reads, "Don't Panic!" because the earth is about to be blown up so that an intergalactic highway can go through.
