Special celebration cake for a friend. Bottom tier is chocolate fudge with chocolate bc, celebrating a graduation from the University of Guelph using the school colours. The top tier is wasc with baileys bc, celebrating a mother-daughter birthday. The pear is a special touch to remember the mother by. I tried to make the top tier pear colours and also blend with the school colours on the bottom. A challenge, but I did it!
