This was my first attempt at a fondant bow and strawberry filling. The cake turned out awesome in person! The bottom layer was spice cake with cream cheese filling. The top layer was devil's food chocolate with a fresh strawberry filling. It tasted very good and looked almost too pretty to eat...at least the birthday man though so! :) I also tinted all the fondant (my first time to not use pre-tinted).
