This was for a lady at work -- her granddaughter's birthday. She wanted a real Barbie on the top and not fondant covered, so it is buttercream with fondant decorations. Cake is Chocolate with chocolate-ganache filling for the bottom tier; the top is vanilla cake with buttercream filling. Fun cake to do!
