This is my first paying wedding cake. Bottom tier is 10 inch square fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant, then decorated with cornelli lace piping. Top tier is 7 inch square lemon madeira filled with rasp jam and lemon curd BC, covered in Lemon curd BC and fondant, then decorated with royal icing pearls and lustre dust. Topped with handmade gumpaste anemones. Just delivery to do now. Gulp!
