CSM: My first attempt at a Topsy Turvy Cake! Bottom tier is white cake with white chocolate mousse filling, middle tier is chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and the top tier is marble cake - they also used the top tier as the Smash cake :) I used the carve out method on the bottom and middle tiers and put a wooden stake down through the entire cake. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated :)
