had to switch gears and use this 12" round cake for a single cake instead of it being the base of a book cake I was supposed to make. The theme colors for the party was supposed to be pink and gray. Wish I had more time for the flowers to dry in a mold to give it some dimension. hopefully I can do something nice for the actual party because the birthday girl was pleased with this one.
