The client was surprising her hubs with a 40th bday party and he's totally in love with anything Apple. She had ordered the cake to go with her son's party the week prior, but neglected to tell me that she had changed the hub's party until the following week, so it had to go in the freezer for a week. She said it still tasted amazing. Unfortunately, when it began thawing, the fondant sweated, causing the details to melt and spread, so the keyboard wasn't as elegant as the week prior. The cake is 1/2 Kahlua mocha with Kahlua mocha frosting and 1/2 strawberry margarita with buttercream frosting. The decorations are all fondant and the screen is gumpaste. TYFL
