The bottom is a half sheet white cake filled with coconut cream filling. The top is an 8 in strawberry cake with fresh strawberries with gel filling, and the pineapple is made of rice Krispies and covered in fondant. I used graham cracker for the sand, royal icing and fondant, and white chocolate for the decorations. TFL!! :)
