Tropical Waterfall Cake
Red Velvet with Cream Cheese frosting. 16th Birthday Luau cake. Everything is edible. Palm trees are made out of pretzel sticks covered with chocolate fondant for the trunk and fondant leaves and coconuts. Surf boards and flip flops are fondant and decorated with edible ink pens. Flowers are fondant and brushed with luster dust.
I absolutely love your cake. I was looking for ideas for my daughters friends bday. Their 8yrs old and doing a luau for theme. There will just be a few kids so im not going all out but i would love to know how you made your water fall shiny like that? If its. A bakers secrete thats ok:) just thought id ask.
