Not Guns N Roses! Quarter sheet carrot cake with chocolate and white chocolate seashells. I messed this order up. Baked the cake earlier on in the week with out looking at the order slip. They requested the cake to be 'raisin-less'. I had to re-bake the cake early this morning. The day went down hill from there. I'm seriously reconsidering if I want to continue to make cakes.
