This is a cake I made for my husbands birthday. He loves NY Yankees and is a psychologist with tons and tons of books! So I picked one from his library and this is a replica of it. Used Sharon Zambito's Book Smarts DVD and it was a huge help! The cake is confetti cake filled with vanilla buttercream and white chocolate ganache. The hat is confetti cake filled with white chocolate ganache and strawberry filling then covered with a crumb coat of vanilla buttercream, white chocolate ganache and then MMF.
