sheet cake baked for an Irish coworker's baby shower. Chocolate cake with Bailey's Irish creme in the cake and the icing. Also added mashed potatoes to the cake mix to make dense and moist. Cake was a great success. We didn't know if the baby was to be a boy or girl, so opted to go for pink and blue decorations of florettes, baby bottles, and topped cake with a baby bear, also cake.
