I was asked to make a cake for a girl's last day of work before her maternity leave. The only instructions I was given was "Make something for a baby boy and can you make it a goodbye cake too?" This is what I came up with. The green, fence and grass is all BC, the figures and rolled roses are fondant/gumpaste. This was my first attempt at gumpaste figures, and I like how they turned out!
