This was my best attept so far at a stacked cake. Red velvet with cream cheese filling on bottom and vanilla on vanilla on the top. All covered in buttercream with royal icing piping, fondant numbers and diploma, and gumpaste cap. Oh and if anyone is wondering, the black royal icing did not run on the buttercream even after it was refridgerated.
