The mom of a 5 year old girl asked me to make a tree stump cake with butterflies and flowers, for her daughter's party theme of a fairy tea party. This is a scratch strawberry cake with cream cheese buttercream, covered in fondant. Flowers, mushrooms, and butterflies are all gumpaste. I'm pretty happy with it, and so were the celebrants.
