I know you normally don"t see a monkey on an anniversary cakes, but this was a speacial request. White cake with BC and vanilla custard. Monkey and bannanas are made out of fondant. I want to thank another CC member for the monkey design, can't take the credit for that one! And chocolate rocks. I have to say though this cake did not turn out the way it was supposed to. I definately have to practice on my writing!! That part was taken out four times therefor the cake was altered.
