I made this for my sister's 21 birthday, made it as a surprise for her and she was over the moon. :) The bottom cake is fruit and the shoe box itself is mudcake, I did cheat a little by adding a buckle to the shoe which isn't edible but everything else is. My first try at sugar pasting so I'm quite pleased with it although I know my roses need a lot of work!
