I made this cake for my son's fiance's little boy. She wanted the car theme but with his name and age all over it, which I accomplished. This is a chocolate cake with oreo cookie buttercream and buttercream flavored MMF. The desert is piles of left over cake from sculpting and graham cracker crumbs. The look on his face was priceless.
