The purple and black is a nod to the Ravens, since this was eaten during the Super Bowl. Since I just started making cakes, this is my first custom cake I made for me! The base is covered with fondant and hand painted. The shoe is all gumpaste. Everything is edible except for the rhinestones. My first gumpaste shoe! The shoe also has hand painting on it as well as the box. It's chocolate with chocolate buttercream.
