I made these cupcakes for my daughter's 5th birthday. She wanted a pink and green theme and these were the pink ones. Dark chocolate cupcake with buttercream frosting flavored raspberry with a bit of raspberry jello mix and real raspberries. Top with pink sprinkles, a whole raspberry, and mint leaf.
