I made this topsy turvy cake for a local charity auction. The bottom tier is cream cheese pound cake w/ cream cheese buttercream filling. The middle tier is amazing choc. WASC cake w/ buttercream filling. And, the top tier is WASC cake w/ choc. ganache filling. All cakes are iced in buttercream w/ fondant accents. I was bumbed b/c the cake only sold for $45, but it was better than nothing at all. The little girl of the mom who bought the cake was sooo excited, and that just made my day. TFL
