2 tiered topsy turvy cake, it doesn't look like a topsy turvy cake from this angle, but it is..it also had a third tier (bottom) that fell apart...lesson learned....always use a pound cake recipe for a topsy turvy cake!!!! My cakes are just too moist for this design! I salvaged the top two white cake tiers and put the chocolate tier in a box in pieces and delivered the cake with my sincere appologies!
