This cake with matching cupcakes was so much fun to do! Mom wanted a cake to match the Birthday girls' outfit, so this is what I came up with! Cake was yellow cake with vanilla buttercream filling, covered with hot pink fondant. I used a white strip of fondant with hand painted zebra stripes for the bottom of the cake. Minnie's ears were black gum paste circles, her bow was white gum paste with hand painted zebra stripes. The cupcakes were yellow cake with vanilla buttercream icing, gum paste ears and a white fondant bow. TFL!
