Castle Cierra

First birthday cake for a client's daughter. Pink velvet cake layered with buttercream. Lots of different techniques used to make this cake. Cobblestone mat used to make the fondant sides of the castle, then used a mixture of grey buttercream with small amt of piping gel and sponged the grey onto the castle walls. Used papertowel rolls to make the turrets covered with fondant brick impression pattern. Sugar cones covered in fondant and then coated with pink sugar made the tops of the turrets. This was a large and very heavy cake! Board measured 20 by 21! Not my first castle cake but the largest I have ever made! Let me know what you think! God Bless!
