Use Wilton's carousel cake kit, not my favourite since I'm not quite fond of wrapping around plastic pieces with fondant. After spending hours to make the fondant smoothly sticks to the canopy top and the posts, I ended up just colouring the horses with marker. Looked much nicer and after all, it became my little girl's favourite cake.
