This cake was fun to make. I had never made sugar bottles before but thanks to the tutorial on here I was able to create them. I made the ice using isomalt and glucose mixture but ran out halfway through so had to make the rest of the ice with just sugar and glucose. Didn't seem to matter though as it created a more realistic looking cake.
