Birthday cake commissoned for a huge Tony Romo fan. Was such a big hit that the Birthday boy actually went and changed into his jersey!! :D Banana and chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache, buttercream, and white chocolate chunks/shavings. Cake covered and accented with fondant - a mixture of MMF with Satin Ice. Pearl border done in buttercream and signature handpainted. New to decorating so this was my first jersey/shirt cake...really pleased with the results! :D
