This cake did not turn out well, my 1st time doing a sugar bottle and it wasn't ready because it started melting, gotta keep trying the sugar bottle thing, I used the new Duff fondant and wasn't too happy with it. The best thing on this cake is the ice, made it with isomalt, didn't have enough for the bottle so I had to use sugar and corn syrup.
