I have just finished this cake for my sons girlfriends 18th. Sarah love minnie mouse but she has no idea that i have made this cake for her....well not untill tomorrow...lol, bottom cake is sponge and top cake is chocolate. I have just invested in a edible ink printer...makes life so much easier...I did cheat on the topper as i had a picture laminated as i thought that this would make a great keepsake.
