Inspired by several cakes on this site as well as the Pinkalicious books by Victoria and Elizabeth Kann - my daughter wanted a Pinkalicious birthday. I couldn't find the giant cupcake pan so the cake is constructed of 2-6" cakes carved to form the bottom and the dome is made from the Wilton doll cake pan. White chocolate cake with homemade fresh strawberry buttercream. The cherry on top is a gummy candy and the sign is made from pink candy melts for the background and buttercream writing. My daughter and her friends loved it.
