I did this cake for a really good friend's nephew. His Mom asked me to misspell his name on purpose. Apparently he ran for an office position in school and misspelled his own name on some fliers & posters & they've razzed him about it ever since. I baked these in 3" deep pans and I think my 3" pans will become bird feeders because I have had very little success getting the centers completely cooked.
