8" yellow cake on bottom, 6" on top. All fish including orca are fondant as are turtles, starfish and seashells. Cup on top is RKT covered with modeling chocolate which by the way was a pain in the rumpus..thought it would be easier. The cup with filled with blue piping gel. Coral is isomalt....many thanks to Blakescakes for all the help with this coral! Client wanted sea scene with margarita glass on top with a killer whale coming out of it.....ok?? TFL.
