I made this cake for a girl at work to celebrate her upcoming marriage. She was watching her weight so the cake is angel food cake filled with fat free whipped cream and fresh fruit (Strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, & mango). The frosting is just fat free whipped cream and used one of those spray colors. Bride & groom were made from gumpaste. Chocolate covered strawberries surround the cake as a border! It was very yummy!
