Golden Butter cake with strawberry cream filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. I made this cake for my mother-in-law's birthday. I was follow another picture from the Wilton site. I used the chocolate buttercream recipe from Wilton and didn't like it at all. Both the texture and the flavor were off to me. I want a more real chocolate taste and the texture of regular buttercream frosting. Does anyone have any suggestions?
