2009 Every girl needs to have had a doll cake at least once in their life! We had a Barbie party based on the anniversary silhouette logo of Barbie with a ponytail in hot pink. This was the first time we ever covered a cake completely with fondant. we did not know exactly how to do it, but i think it turned out GREAT! Used chocolate fondant, ribbon and an old rhinestone pin to decorate.
