Fisherman cake for a man's 70th birthday. My client sent me a photo of him. She told me he would wear grey jogging pants and a light grey tshirt, with a pkg of blue cigarettes in the left breast pocket. He wore a blue knights of columbus baseball cap. Sign says Tulibee Lake, Limit 70. No Limit on Memories. Everything you see is edible. Boat and sign are made of chocolate, the rest is fondant. The cake is fudge marble with chocolate buttercream. Trees are ice cream cones covered in buttercream.
