For my daughter's 6th birthday party. She wanted a carrot cake but I wasn't sure how many people would like carrot cake, so I made two. On the left, is the carrot cake with cream cheese icing. On the right, inspired by CC member lesleyanne's design, a 4-layer almond butter cake with buttercream icing, decorated with gumpaste kitty, bows and RI borders and accents.
