My first attempt at a wedding style cake for our best friend's 25th anniversary. I think I laid on the fondant to thick as the back side of the cake had some issues and WHY do I have to point them out to everyone??? I could see room for improvement but overall satisifed with raspberry cake with raspberry filling.
