For a 6 year old girl they call "Laneybug". Snickerdoodle cake with whipped icing. My first try with the whipped icing and I was afraid to smooth it!!! It's so light I just felt like I was taking it off! But I think it turned out okay. I tried to do a frozen transfer with the whipped icing. What I found is that if I'm going to keep doing that, I need to make it much thicker than if I'm using buttercream! I ended up breaking it, but I think I managed to save it. I ended up piping over some of the details, but like the effect I ended up with. Goes with the ladybug cupcakes I uploaded. TFL!
