This cake was made for my grandmothers 81st bday party.i had no idea what i was gonna do for her and as i was making it this is what came up with.the top layer is a 6inch coconut cake cause that was my grandmother request.the middle layer was a 8inch red velvet cake and the bottom layer was a 10inch coconut cake.all layers covered in fondant with royal icing roses and a gumpaste peony on top. all handmade.TTFL
