Caving helmet cake (with head lamp) for friend of friend's 50th. Chocolate gluten- free cake, choc BC filling and covered in MMF. Accents are fondant/gumpaste and gelatin, painted air vents. LED light is the only non-edible part. Shape of the helmet did not turn out the way I expected/wanted.
