About 5-6 years ago I made a batman and superman cake for my son and nephew for their joint 2 yr birthday party. This is for my ex sister-in-law's best friend's son. She requested a batman made with that same pan. I had to update him a little because the pan is so old, the mask and coloring for batman is all wrong for what the batman situation is now! :) I made the face, emblem and belt out of gumpaste and hand painted them. It's just a good ol' chocolate cake with vanilla and chocolate buttercream. I already sent her the picture and she LOVES it! She said all he asked for for his birthday was a batman cake. She said she can't wait to see his face! TFL!
