This is a "Then & Now" birthday cake using an edible image on a frosting sheet. They are very popular. Since 95% of my cake orders are requested to have some sort of edible image on them, I like to make the image a fair bit smaller than the cake itself, so I can do some decorating around it. The cake is covered with buttercream icing and borders and all the accents I made with fondant. Thank you for looking.
