18Th Birthday Cake
alternating layers of chocolate & mocha cake covered in fondant. tried to duplicate design on ribbon. i was supposed to put a fondant bow as cake topper, but wasn't too successful, so i had to replace it with a sheer fabric bow. cake size: 12,10,8,6

Way too cute!!!! I love everything about this cake. The bow doesn't look bad. I am sure you were dissappointed you couldn't use a fondant bow. But there is always next time. Great cake... I love the colors. PInk is my FAVORITE!!!!
thanks for the kind words. should've used an airbrush (if i had one). when my arms got sore from kneading the color in, i switched to my KA but it almost broke down! bad idea!
